Built this way
What’s in it.
Why it’s there.
01Isolate, not a blend
The protein is whey protein isolate. No concentrate is mixed in to lower the cost, and the label says so.
02Every gram accounted for
Protein, carbohydrate, fat and sodium per scoop are printed on the tub and on this page. The numbers match the lab report.
03Zero added sugar
Sweetened with sucralose. The small amount of sugar in a scoop is lactose that comes with the milk protein.
04One flavour, one tub
Every flavour uses the same isolate and the same 30 g scoop. Only the flavouring changes.
Which whey?
Isolate or
concentrate?
Same scoop routine, different filtering. The numbers below come straight from both labels.

Questions
Asked about
this tub.
What is in the chocolate flavouring?
Cocoa powder, natural and nature-identical flavouring substances and sucralose. The full ingredient list is on the tub and on this page. We don’t use a flavour “blend” we can’t name.
Answered by Rep Nineteen
How much lactose is in a scoop?
Isolate is filtered to remove most lactose. The carbohydrate figure per scoop (1.5 g, draft) is the upper limit for lactose, since the scoop has no added sugar.
Answered by Rep Nineteen
Can I mix it with milk?
Yes. Milk adds its own protein, carbohydrate and fat to the numbers on the label.
