Built this way
What’s in it.
Why it’s there.
01Concentrate, stated plainly
The protein source is whey protein concentrate. We don’t call it a “blend” or a “matrix”.
02Protein per scoop, not per tub
24 g in every 33 g scoop. Divide the price by 30 servings and you have the real cost of your protein.
03Flavours that suit a kitchen
Double Chocolate, Café Mocha, Kesar Pista and Vanilla. Same scoop, same protein, different flavouring.
04Isolate or concentrate?
Isolate has 1 g more protein per scoop and less lactose. Concentrate costs less. Both are tested batch by batch.
Which whey?
Isolate or
concentrate?
Same scoop routine, different filtering. The numbers below come straight from both labels.

Questions
Asked about
this tub.
Why is concentrate cheaper than isolate?
It goes through less filtering. You get 24 g protein in a 33 g scoop instead of 25 g in 30 g, with a little more lactose and fat.
Answered by Rep Nineteen
Which flavours contain coffee?
Only Café Mocha. It uses coffee powder, which contains some caffeine.
Answered by Rep Nineteen
Is it suitable if I’m lactose intolerant?
Concentrate contains more lactose than isolate. If lactose bothers you, isolate is the better choice.
