  1. Who we are. Rep Nineteen: registered seller name, address, GSTIN, FSSAI licence number.
  2. Orders and pricing. Prices in ₹ including GST, when an order is accepted, what happens if a price is wrong.
  3. Payment. Accepted methods, the payment partner, cash on delivery terms.
  4. Delivery. Where we deliver, estimated times, what happens if delivery fails.
  5. Returns, replacements and refunds. The policy on the help page, stated formally.
  6. Subscriptions. Billing, how to change or cancel, and notice before each delivery.
  7. Product use. Directions and advisories on the label; not for medicinal use.
  8. Liability, governing law and disputes. Jurisdiction and the grievance officer's contact details.

Privacy policy

Privacy.

  1. What we collect. Name, address, phone, email, order history; what the payment partner collects.
  2. Why. To deliver orders, send updates you asked for and meet tax and legal duties.
  3. Who we share it with. Courier, payment partner, email service. Nobody else, and never sold.
  4. How long we keep it. Retention periods for orders, invoices and marketing consent.
  5. Your rights. Access, correction and deletion under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
  6. Cookies and this browser. Your cart is saved in your own browser; list any analytics once added.
  7. Contact. The grievance officer's name and email.
