Isolate or
concentrate?

Both are whey, both are tested batch by batch. Isolate is filtered further, so a scoop carries more protein and less lactose. Concentrate costs less for each gram of protein.

Protein questions

Asked
often.

Is whey vegetarian?

Whey comes from milk, so it's lacto-vegetarian. Both tubs carry the green vegetarian mark.

Water or milk?

Either. Water keeps the numbers on the label as they are. Milk adds its own protein, carbohydrate and fat.

When should I have a scoop?

Whenever it helps you reach your daily protein. Many people have one after training because it's convenient.

Do I need protein powder at all?

No. Food comes first. A scoop is a quick way to add 24–25 g of protein when meals fall short.

What's in the flavouring?

Every ingredient is on the tub and on the product page, including the flavouring and the sweetener. There is no flavour "blend" we can't name.
